Our high-quality devices are designed to enhance fuel efficiency. They achieve a reduction of emissions to 95%. They also reduce fuel consumption by up to 20% for various vehicles. These vehicles include cars, trucks, heavy machinery, and water pumps.

You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") by accessing or using our website. You also agree to these Terms by purchasing our products or utilizing any of our services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services. You must discontinue use immediately. These Terms form a legally binding agreement. This agreement is between you and Ezzu Auto Tech Trading Plc. You can be acting personally or on behalf of an entity. It concerns your access to and use of the website and related products. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms. We may do this at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of these Terms. • The advertised reduction of emissions up to 95% relies on optimal conditions. The reduction of up to 20% in fuel consumption is also based on independent testing. These figures represent the maximum potential benefits, and individual results are not guaranteed to meet these exact percentages.
• You acknowledge that the device is intended as an aid to efficiency, not a cure-all for mechanical issues.

3.2 Ordering and Delivery

We serve all major cities, including Addis Ababa, Adama, Dire Dawa, and Harar, across Ethiopia.

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services.
• Pricing: All pricing is listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise specified and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Delivery System: We use modern mailing systems. Local agent networks are also employed. This includes the Regional Agent Office in Adama City. These methods ensure accessible and timely delivery. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the mailing system, customs, or force majeure events.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for products purchased passes to you. This occurs upon our delivery to the carrier (mailing system).

3.3 Installation and Liability Disclaimer

The installation of the device must be done according to the provided instructions.

• Professional Installation: We strongly recommend that installation be performed by a qualified technician or mechanic to ensure safety and performance.
• User Liability: You assume full responsibility for any damage to your vehicle or the device. You are also responsible for any personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse of the product. Ezzu Auto Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or installation.

4. User Representations and Prohibited Activities

By using the Services, you represent and warrant the following: (1) You have the legal capacity. You agree to comply with these Terms. (2) You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
